Delivery

  • The contribution towards postage and handling fees: 10 CHF.  Free delivery for orderwhich total more than 50 CHF.
  • The packages are sent by Swiss Postal Service or by Swiss DPD.
  • The delivery period is about one week for in stock articles and two to three weeks for out of stock articles.
  • The packages are sent from Switzerland and are only delivered in Switzerland. Therefore, you won’t need to pay any fees when receiving the package.
  • If you’re not able to recuperate the package and this will be returned to us, in principle you will be billed with the return fees, as well as the fees for resending the package.
  • When the package is sent, you’ll receive an email containing the tracking number that will allow you to track the delivery.
  • The packages aren’t signed for delivery, therefore Mayer International Trading cannot be held accountable for their loss or theft.

Returns

  • You can return products you’ve ordered from our website for 30 days after the order has been delivered. 
  • The returned articles have to be in the original packaging, intact, accompanied by all their accessories, user manuals and documentation. Any forgotten item or any damage to the original packaging will lead to the impossibility of accepting the return.
  • If you should find apparent defaults in the products, you have 5 days starting from the delivery date to signal them to us.
  • Any return will be exclusively made by Postal Service or DPD.
  • The article return will be paid by the customer.
  • In any of these situations, the client has to contact the Customer Assistance Service before performing the return, in order to obtain a return number before sending the package; otherwise the return will be refused.
