Price The prices are shown in Swiss francs and are only valid during the day when the customer has placed the order. The prices contain the VAT applicable during the day of ordering. The payment of the whole price has to be made while placing the order.
In order to regulate their order, the customer has to pay either by credit card, by bank transfer or by Paypal. The client guarantees that they have the necessary authorizations for using the credit card. We reserve the right to suspend any order management action if the officially accredited organizations should refuse to authorize the payment by credit card. In particular, we reserve the right to refuse making a delivery or honoring an order from a customer who hasn’t regulated – totally or partially – a previous order or a customer that is part of an active payment dispute with us. In order to fight against fraud, we could require checking the customer’s identity; if the attempt fails, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
Delivery methods The products will be delivered to the address mentioned by the customer in the order form, but only in Switzerland and in Liechtenstein. We do not perform general deliveries or deliveries to hotels. As far as the dispatch is concerned, we work with the Swiss Postal Service and with the Swiss DPD. We disclaim all responsibility regarding the lengthening of the delivery period because of the carrier.
Errors of delivery Any complaint regarding the errors of delivery and/or the product non-compliance by nature or by quality should be expressed by the customer in maximum 5 days, according to the indications received in the order form. Any complaint expressed beyond this delay will be rejected. In the situation of delivery error or exchange, all products to exchange or to reimburse have to be returned to us, in their original packaging. To be accepted, the return has to be previously signaled to the Customer Assistance Service. The shipping costs will be our responsibility, with the exception of the situation when the returned product should prove to be in non-compliance with the declaration of origin made by the client.
Right of revocation, « satisfied or money back » guarantee The customer has a delay of 30 business days to return the products he doesn’t like and they will be responsible for the return fees. This delay starts from the day when the customer’s order has been delivered. To be accepted, the products have to be returned in their original packaging, have to be intact and in full state of being resold. No product that has been damaged or has a damaged original packaging will be reimbursed or exchanged. This revocation right will be exerted with no penalties, except for the return fees. In the situation of the revocation right, the client can choose either the reimbursement of the paid amounts, either the product exchange. The customer will pay the re-shipping fees if they should want a product exchange.
Information and Freedoms The information the customers are asked for is necessary for handling their order and could be communicated to contract partners that intervene in executing the order.
Applicable Law The present general conditions are submitted to the Swiss Law. The same apply to the Fund contract and the operating guidelines. In the situation of a litigation or complaint, the client will first of all address the Mayer International Trading Company in order to reach an amicable settlement. The place of jurisdiction is Lausanne.
